Nickelback выпустят новый альбом в начале 2015-го года (первый сингл – внутри новости)
Канадские рокеры Nickelback обнародовали название и другие детали своего готовящегося к выпуску нового альбома. Восьмая в коллекции музыкантов студийная пластинка, озаглавленная незатейливо “No Fixed Address”, выйдет 4 ноября 2014-го на лейбле Republic Records.
Релиз нового диска предварен сингловой композицией “Edge Of A Revolution”, с которой можно ознакомиться здесь. Согласно словам Чэда Крегера, “Edge Of A Revolution” является первой “протестной политической песней” Nickelback. Трек вдохновлен сложившейся непростой текущей ситуацией в мире – в частности, революционными событиями в Украине и вопросом ответственности правителей перед гражданами.
Следующим синглом с альбома станет композиция “What Are You Waiting For”.
В поддержку “No Fixed Address” будет проведен масштабный гастрольный тур, который стартует в начале 2015-го года.
“Мы с нетерпением ждем момента, когда сможем представить слушателям новый альбом, потому что чувствуем, что это наиболее сильный наш материал за всю карьеру”, – говорит фронтмен команды Чэд Крегер.
“No Fixed Address” станет первой работой Nickelback для лейбла Republic Records, с которым музыканты подписали контракт в начале этого года.
Напомним, ранее канадцы выпускались на лейбле Roadrunner, последним релизом выпущенным по контракту с которым стал альбом 2008-го года “Here And Now”. Пластинка отпочковала пять синглов и разошлась тиражом порядка 1.2 миллиона копий по всему миру.
